Today we’re talking summer fashion. Summer holds a special place in my heart and even though it’s SUPER hot here in FL I don’t care and I’m here to soak up the time while it’s locals only!

Sharing a favorite fashion find with you today! This is one of my current favorites from LC Lauren Conrad for Kohl’s! This is so figure flattering and comes in different prints and colors. I love the sleeves and that it is a wrap style dress, fits perfectly!

I paired it with a neutral bags and shoes from LC Lauren Conrad as well and think this would be perfect for a fun dinner out on vacation or pair with sneakers or flats and run around town in!

As always the brand has great affordable and size inclusive options and I can’t recommend them enough for the quality!

My Top 5 Must Have Spring Accessories

Hi friends, happy Wednesday!

We are full on Spring over here and honestly getting into summer so I wanted to share my top 5 must have accessories for spring and honestly summer too! These are pieces you will see on repeat for me and classic items that truly won’t go out of style!

1. Neutral Bag - I have several neutral bags that are mostly wicker and perfect for this time of year, especially here in Florida. Also love these bags for vacations and anything tropical!

2. Neutral Hat - Protect your face from the sun and wear a hat or just give yourself a little edge and top of your look with a hat! Again great items for vacation and spring/summer time!

3. White Bag - I love a good white bag for summer and honestly year round! Especially in the spring/summer time though it gives a fresh vide to any look! This one has been good to me for a few years now and I love it!

4. Cute Sunnies - Again FL girl here and we always need our sunglasses and an extra cute pair to finish a look in a must have accessory! They give some extra pizazz to a look.

5. Fun Earrings - I don’t wear much jewelry but I always need my earrings! That being said I love more fun/colorful pieces during this time of year and they can easily dress up an outfit.

Summer 2020 Recap

As summer comes to close even though here in the sunshine state it’s boiling hot, I wanted to give an ode to summer as it is my favorite season next to winter! The whole year has been a bit different but summer especially was different for me and my family! Summer is the time we vacation and visit family up north which is unfortunately on the back burner until regulations change on some things. It’s been a tough season this year.

However some really exciting things have happened this summer! I hired a business coach at the start of summer and she has brought me into a new season of working for myself! This summer all within a couple of month’s Travis lost his job, started an amazing new job, and I left my job to pursue my passion, y’all it’s unreal to think this is our life right now!

So just remember no matter how tough things get there is something better coming! I promise! You just need to believe it!

Summer Wrap Up

Happy Wednesday Friend!

As summer comes to an end here even though in Florida it will still be hot for a while longer, I’m sharing one of my favorite dresses from this summer! I’ve loved LC Lauren Conrad’s wrap dresses for the last few years now! A classic wrap dress is a staple for me in my closet! Wrap dresses are flattering on everyone and so easy to wear. Dress it up with some cute wedges or down with some fun sandals or sneakers.

This style dress is a must have! As we head into fall you can still pair this with some cute booties and a denim jacket and take it into fall season if you are somewhere the seasons change.

LC Lauren Conrad- Apartment Refresh Pt. 3

Happy Wednesday Friend!

We are wrapping up the apartment refresh this week here on the blog! Final room we are covering is the bathroom, another room that is super easy to refresh on a budget, think shower curtain, towels, rugs, etc. LC Lauren Conrad has such great option to refresh your bathroom and at great prices too and the quality y’all know if amazing!

I’m a lover of pastels so these pieces really spoke to me! The tropical pastel shower curtain paired with the textured hand towels and the super soft bath mat, highly recommend and again it won’t break the bank!

We live in a one bedroom apartment so when we do have friends over they use our bathroom so we really try to keep it clean and put together and these simple things make it that much nicer of a room.

That concludes our apartment refresh! I had the best time collaborating with LC Lauren Conrad and Kohl’s on this and hope y’all enjoy it and do your own affordable home or apartment refresh!
