Black Friday Haul

Even though it is officially December and only 20 days until Christmas several of you asked for my Black Friday Haul! I shopped all the sales from Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday and can say I'm done shopping and even scored some amazing deals for myself!

My go to stores are always the following:

For clothes: I always hit Old Navy for clothing for everyone. Whether you are looking for your mom, your sister, your boyfriend, you can always find amazing deals at Old Navy, especially on Black Friday! (other favorites for clothing includes Loft, Banana Republic, and Kohl's)

For electronics, movies, & music: Target is a must for anything on Black Friday and Cyber Monday but especially for steals on electronics, movies and music! Movies and TV shows start around $4 and max at $10 and music starts somewhere around $6. If your anything like me this is when I stock up on new music and movies!

For paper products & planners: Rifle Paper Co. is one of my favorite stores ever! I always plan on buying my new years calendar and planner on Black Friday from Rifle! They always have a great discount at this time and I also grab a few Christmas cards and stocking stuffers while I'm at it!

For cosmetics: Colourpop is my go to regardless because you can't beat the prices but for Black Friday they pulled out all the stops and had sales and specials galore! Needless to say I stocked up for myself and my friends! (other favorites include Ulta and Sephora)

For jewelry: I said it last year but Dillard's always kills it with the fashion jewelry being an extra half off and the selection is beyond! Also BaubleBar had an amazing sale for the holiday so I grabbed a few things for myself!

Below I've linked several things I purchased myself as well as things that are on my wishlist still, hope you all enjoy this Black Friday Haul!!!

Fall Inspired Make-up Look

Sticking with my recent fall theme, I wanted to share my make-up look from my latest fashion post! I've been getting a lot of questions about what products I use as well as how did I achieve this warm smokey look. Below I will be sharing a kind of step by step of how to get this look as well as the products my best friend and I used to achieve this look!

First things first-

You moisturize my face as well as prime it. Then apply foundation and concealer as well as fill in your brows.

Next start working on those smoldering golden smokey eyes by applying a goldish tone to the crease and working it up towards the brow, blend, blend, blend.

Still building on the eyes take a more orange based color and blend that into the crease as well, blending and starting to blow it out, still leaving your lids bare.

Now to take those colors to the lid. Apply those more goldy tones to the lids. Then go in with a darker brown and working on the outer v of your eyes giving a winged shadow affect. Take those colors to your bottom lash line as well and really blend it to give the shadow a blown out look.

Finally apply a thick cat eye with your blackest liquid liner, coat your lashes with mascara, and if your feeling bold apply some falsies! Give your inner corners a little bit of highlight as well!

Once that is all done go in with a natural looking contour and blush to keep the rest of your face natural since the eye and lip are a main focus. Completely finish the look by lining the lips, then go in with a cranberry or deep burgundy liquid lipstick!

Labor Day Haul!

Hope everyone had a great Labor Day weekend! I am so grateful for all the fun times and memories I made this weekend with some awesome friends of mine! Of course holidays are not all about the sales that are happening but I must admit that is one of my favorite parts, are all the holiday sales going on! I love me a great deal and I found quite a few of them this weekend.

Let's start with Old Navy, they killed it in the sale department this weekend! Almost everything was half off so I snagged 2 pairs of jeans for the price of 1 that alone made me super happy! While I was there I also grabbed some cute tops that were supper discounted as well! Next stop was Bath & Body Works, because let's be real fall is coming and I need some pumpkin candles and soap in my life! Candles were half off and soaps were a steal also so I definitely grabbed some of these for my apartment! Lastly in the beauty department...my favorite brand, Colour Pop Cosmetics, was having a great deal with a purchase you had the chance to receive a free new fall liquid lip that hasn't been released yet. So I purchased some new fall shades as well as some basic essentials to make sure I got that freebie. Next, Ulta was having 20% off your purchase so I grabbed some new products there to test out including some NYX and Palladio products, which I am super excited to review! My last beauty purchase were some Gerard Cosmetics Matte Liquid Lipsticks as I have only heard great things about these and again there were on major sale at half off, I could not go wrong and I have been dying to test them out! Well that's it for my labor day haul, I hope y'all enjoy! Please comment below and let me know what great deals you found last weekend!
